Hello builders in d house,am about to rent an apartment dt is prone to flooding,however d landlord is currently working on ways to channel d water which he told us wil work,we intend payin for d house rent on monday until som1 told me not to even think of rentin a house dt is prone to flooding dt a house dt is prone to flood wil always be flooded irrespectiv of d effort made by ppl livin dere,am confused cos I lov d house soo much.pls advice
