Due to the increase in rape and other forms of assault in our countries, i've decided to share this 3 tricks to help our ladies guard themselves wherever they find themselves. As a lady, you can never tell where you'll find yourself and this tricks might help.

Know that, sexual assault is not only limited to rape. It includes other forms of sexual contact involving threats, force or intimidation. The saddest thing about this thing is that, even though the victim is not responsible for the act, the memory stays with her and haunts her for a long time. It also changes her out-look on life generally. Now Ladies, listen carefully
1.) Do not ignore your feelings if a place or person makes you uncomfortable. I'll advice you leave. Don't let anyone convince you to stay if your instinct tells you otherwise.
2.) Act confidently because the predators hunts for the unsuspecting and vulnerable prey. Walk confidently and stay alert always.
3.) React quickly! Scream! Escape! Fight back using the element of suprise and if possible, run to a safe place and call the police!
