We started digging the foundation in this site, yesterday we completed the foundation and today we sank the column bases. We have got almost all the supplies we need to commence the blinding. Work continues tomorrow, meanwhile more pictures of the completed foundation.

This is one of the surprising things about nature as it concerns the ground water table. Do you know that this very plot is 120 meters or less from the Port Harcourt mansion, and while we met plenty of water in the former site, this land is very dry like Enugu!

To be honest with you, I am getting slow on this one, we are supposed to have finished bending all the reinforcement rods for the blinding of this foundation by now. we are supposed to be standing the pillars today, only that the rods did not arrive the site in time. We now have the rods so the boys can wait while we bend the rods, thereafter, blinding speeds up.
