please don't display ignorance here, there is a ps2 emulator on pc...even ps3 emulator works on pc(don't try it if u don't have an expensive pc). Ps2 or ps3 emulator might never....i repeat never be possible on Android.

at least u can play pes at a reasonable speed.but I will advice u to root and overclock ur phone for more performance.

devices is really a tough thing to do. Because other devices cant render
the high bit rate polygones and for that devs use other ways and delays.
Which is resource consuming and overall quality is affected. It might take an extremely long time, in that time ubuntu os would overtaken Android
