The 2013 FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup will be the seventh edition of the FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup, governed by FIFA. It will take place from 18–28 September 2013 at Tahua To'ata Stadium in Papeete, Tahiti, the fourth tournament to take place outside Brazil.



World-class entertainment heads to Tahiti


Five of the best beach cheerleaders in the world will team up with local dancers for a unique spectacle at the FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup 2013 Tahiti.

The best Beach Soccer action in the world will be accompanied by the world’s best beach cheerleaders in Tahiti come September. This edition of the FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup will feature all five of the cheerleaders, Arlene, Catrina, Omayra, Christina, and Xiraxi, who hail from the Canary Islands.

This cheerleading crew is no stranger to big-time events. They performed at the FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup in 2008, 2009 and 2011 as well as other huge showpieces, including the Summer Olympics in Beijing in 2008 and again in London in 2012. While in Tahiti, they will team up with local dancers to help create an even more colourful and exciting event.

Not only will this FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup entertain fans on and off the sand, it will also mark a first for cheerleading. For the first time there will be male dancers performing, too, who will showcase their local Tahitian dances.

Less than three weeks remain before the FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup kicks off in Tahiti and much like the quality of the beach soccer to be on display, the entertainment will be top notch as the cheerleaders and Tahitian dancers will not disappoint.
