Really as the years go by, we learn allot of things. Sometimes the things that make us happy carry the most amounts of regret. Most times we find ourselves wondering why in trying to be perfect, we end up doing the most imperfect things, its funny but it is true that most times we have only but a moment, a period to make something that was once wrong, right again. We realise that all we have is little time to set things straight, Just when you think all is well and you can go on with your life, you stop, satisfaction is replaced with disappointment. You shut your eyes and take in the reality of your mistake. But that's not the hurting part ,what hurts most is that your little moment has become the horror you don't want it to be...it has become the past...and its never coming back.
But that's not the end of it all. Right there you have a choice. This choice is more of a blessing than a curse. You can either walk away from the past and move on to the future, or you can keep lingering at a door that has been closed. As easy as it sounds, the choice is tough to make. Most times you find out that you held on so tight to promises and when they broke, you got broken with them. But there's something about this life we are living... Something that is very difficult to understand. Its hope.
