Most parents do not know that golden morn is not suitable for infants because its fast becoming a trend, where most mothers feed their babies with this cereal despite the fact that it is written on it that its not suitable for them. I rest my case.

I actually got into an argument with a woman who was feeding her baby GoldenMorn. She kept insisting it was ok, even after I tried disputing her claims.

I saw on d old goldenmorn pack where its written that its not suitable 4children under 3yrs.Somone started a trend statin dat it shldn't b given 2children below 3yrs but Nestle came on dis trend 2dispute d claim dat golden morn can b given 2kids below 1yr.They even said its now improved&fortified wit vitamins. And truthfully,on d newly produced golden morn;they don't write it anymore.I giv my 1yr + golden morn&i started givin her wen sh was 11mths.Though sh didn't lik it but wit tym sh did

Stil bote a refill pack of Goldenmorn for my niece last week and its written at the back that its not an infant cereal, thou its nt bold and u may not notice it if u re nt looking for it. The point is for parents to be careful wat dey give deir children as dey dnt knw wat can cause harm until d damage mite ve be done. #dnt ve any issue wit d cereal#

I don't think u hav a point(no offence) cos an infact by definition is a baby under 28days.Nestle cam on dis trend 2say dat they actually indicated on d old packs dat its not suitable 4children under 3 so afta I read dat,I started givin my kid golden morn.Mayb u bought an old stock cos on d new packs, there's no place its written dat it shldn't b given 2babies over 6mths.No normal mother wil want 2giv d child sh carried 4a hardcore 9mths somthng dat'l detriment his/her health even if u adopted d child. Most Nigerian mothers ar vry enlightened now.Golden morn is vry good&most kids tolerate it.My kid din't tolerate cerelac, frisocream&nutriend

This topic has been over flogged on Nairaland and Nestle representative have written to Seun to remove our fears.

If you witnessed a case where a child was harmed due to eating golden morn cereal, then by all means report to appropraite institution.
