Thanks. As the land is being sold by Cornell Realtors, is there an arrangement or an agreement in place that will guarantee that buyers wont be troubled by omonile when it's time to develop the land? I wont have to deal with omoniles, or pay certain fees to them? Can you also tell me what other charges to be paid, aside from the cost of a plot. |
