If you forgot your 2go password and the sim you used in registering is no more, the honest truth is THERE IS NOTHING YOU CAN DO TO RETRIEVE YOUR PASSWORD. I'm so sorry to sound like this, but that's the truth. Currently 2go has only one method of password retrieval which is by Mobile Number Confirmation, hopefully with time they will add other methods like providing secret questions e.t.c. Untill then, nothing can be done about it. I advice you open another 2go account and synchronize your 2go contacts to the new one. Don't pay anyone, coz there's nothing he/she can do. |
