Dear All, can anyone advise on the cost range to complete the shell (structure without plastering) of a 5 bedroom twin duplex in isolo? the plan is just simple although all the rooms have provision for toilet/bath. Is there any major disadvantage with starting the project in the rainy season (like next month) Its my first time and will appreciate any idea from you guys Al |

Hi Alinco, What's the dimension of your structure, do you have structural drawings for your design yet? b'cos you have to be sure which type of foundation to use, but I'm sure it would be Raft foundation(Ago area). but in all to build it to the level you are saying should be around N14,000,000 - N16,000,000 including roofing I.e foundation, blockwork, columns and beams, decking and roofing.
