Hi nairalanders, pls i am a fresh graduate and have concluded nysc with a professinal diploma in aircargo. I need a job with any company, but i have no experience i am willing to work for a less pay to gain experience pls how do i approach the manager of any company and how do i discuss it wit him or her. Many of my applications have not come through because i have no experience couple with the fact that i have no human connection but trusting baba God. I will appreciate your replies.

i suggest u include vocations/activities you've been involved with throughout the years e.g. church, clubs etc. this would help boost ur resume.
then approach companies as planned. i believe something will come up. stay optimistic dear.
