Another mall will open in Ibadan this November ahead if it's planned completion of February 2014

Already big retail shops will be trading at the mall

Among them is Shoprite as indicated on its website

The mall is 95% owned by Persians and 5% owned by the Oyo State Government

The total cost of development is $66m

It is because the status quo, common to the PDP, has been defeated in the SW for good thanks to Tinubu. The man , despite whatever anyone says, has never supported leadership backwardness or mediocrity. He has always backed the sort of opinionated and proven technocrats/leaders most political godfathers in Nigeria reject/ostracize outright.

It is now no longer acceptable for illiterates like the late Adedibu, Tokyo, Auxillary and Crankshaft to lord it over Professors and technocrats who are masters of their game and have proven themselves home and abroad. It is sometimes the simple things that brings forth the biggest changes. It is ridiculous to think Nigeria does not have good leaders in every State and region. The biggest challenge is to help these leaders come forward and support them to gain the influential office they can use to deliver the progress Nigeria needs.

Yeah because Graphics are not an important part of development. Some Nigerians can be very uneducated.
