Don't bother, etsako people don't know how to speak the language and they say so proudly. The ibo thread for happy birthday got multiple responses. Etsako have no clue

Moo ẹlẹ na via ẹ. (that's like well done on the day you were born). most Etsako greetings begin with moo

moo okhia... welcome
moo ishitọ... greetings for someone sitting down
moo oni exam (idamigue).. greetings for someone writing am exam
moo oni akanya... greetings for someone working
moo ẹlẹ n'a via ẹ... for birthday

Ẹlẹ egogo...joyful day
Ẹlẹ egbemhumẹ... happy day
Ẹlẹ albarka... blessed day
Ẹlẹ n'a via ẹ, ẹlẹ albarka lọ.. your birthday is a day of blessing
Albarka n'ẹlẹ n'a via ẹ... blessed birthday
egbemhumẹ n'ẹlẹ n'a via ẹ ... happy birthday
egogo n'ẹlẹ n'a via ẹ... joyful birthday

any of the above should work.
