Job Summary:
• Dispatching of Office mails
• Preparing daily work and run schedules.
• Receiving or preparing work orders
• Monitoring and maintenance of official Bike
• Recording of Deliveries made to clients daily and ensuring the signatures of all receivers are recorded.
• Arranging for necessary repairs in order to restore service and schedules.
• Relaying work orders, messages, and information appropriately.
• Confer with customers or supervising personnel in order to address questions, problems, and requests for service or equipment.
• Recording and maintaining files and records of customer requests, work or services performed charges, expenses, inventory, and other dispatch information.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES FOR THE POSITION
• Ability to communicate in English Language is essential
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
• Ability to take initiative and make on- the – spot decisions
• Ability to work tight deadlines and deliver on agreed targets
• Ability to prioritize and plan effectively

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

3-4 years’ experience working in a similar role

QUALIFICATION
A minimum of SSCE Certificate with a valid Nigerian driver’s license and good knowledge of Lagos.
