[/color][color=] [color=#006600][/color] For d past few months i have always been charged N50 on my line for this service(which i detest), even without subscribing for it. The latest being dis morning again, their CC service agents keep telling me to send CANCEL or STOP to 4100 which av never yielded any fruit with d msg unable to send even wit perfect msg centre no o. Pls is there a way out of dis mess? ... 'Cos a brother told me i av 2 check d network's callertune catalog 2 unsuscribe d service(but he doesn't even know how 2 go about it!) It's unfair. |

Noted, but i don't think i can get a reasonable reply there. Those CC av never solve my line problem on dis regard. 2 bad. |
