Few years ago when I was young and naive I jerked off too hard, got a bit itchy and scratched my d1ck causing a wound. I then went to the beach and wore tight sweaty swimming trunks.

Needless to say I got a big a$$ infection causing scar tissue to form all over the lower side (the part in contact with the balls, since this is the sweatiest most isolated germ paradise) of my d1ck.

I Recently got a zit here. However, since it's scarring tissue, the puss/fat/wtv it is had orifice to exit through. The pimple grew to roughly 1/4 inch or 1cm wide and say 4 mm high, looking like a red blob, with a soft inside. I decided to solve this sh1t by getting a needle and puncturing it, and lots of puss came out. The tiny puss vent hole healed way too fast though, and the pimple keeps building new puss. Whenever I pierce it I can feel a layer beneath the skin that is full of puss and dead bio-matter. How to I get this thing to heal up and remain empty?
