Do U know when i tell U Good morning or Good evening, I'm wishing U good limited by a specific time: Morning/Evening but the Islamic greeting is suitable for every time because I tell U "As-salam 'alaykum warahmotullahi wabarakatuh" (Peace and Blessings of Allah be upon U). When U're stressed for example, it means that I'm makin Du'a for U that Allah grants U peace & tranquility. The Islamic greeting is a Du'a which we say in the morning, evening, night, It's a Du'a for U to have peace. By saying the Islamic greeting, i'm spreading peace, the Islamic teachings and values to everyone I meet.
On this note, I say As-salam 'alaykum warahmotullahi wabarakatuh.
