the nigerian one is sort of like a tortilla wrap with stuffings of spicy chopped sausages,salad and other stuffs but its realli nicer than the one here,i v searched high and low in uk but havnt found the nigerian one

~Aaah i get it. . there's a place in Kilborne,a labanese guy owns it so they do it almost like its done back home . . .its tortilla wrapped as well only difference is no chips in the shawama here!!

~The Shawama's back home don't have sausages,salad in them ,its interesting knowing you guys do it different!! i'd be willing to try yours one day!!

Good question. Some of you may think 01 (Zero One) Shawarma instantly. Probably becuase they seem to have more retail locations than others. Well….. you may be very wrong.

How about some history about shawarma? Lebanon. Yes Shawarma has its root in Lebabnon and as some of you may know, there are so many Lebanese people in Lagos. Most of them have Pizaa and Shawarma joints so why are they not the best? I don’t want to sound racist but i think they kinda cut corners to make more money. Beleive me, ive had tried eating shawarma from several Lebanese owned shawarma joints but they all suck!

I reside in Ifako, near Ogba and we have nice shawarma joints. There's one not not far off Orimolde bus stop. I also know of some in Ikeja especially one along Adeniyi Jones street. In fact, shawarma too make sense. Were it not expensive (#500 for the cheapest) I for dey buy am steady.

Actually i absolutely love the shawarma at one joint in unilag. they include lettuce and some other sweet veggies in their shawarma.the joint is called decafe cybercafe beside yem yem supermarket....sigh i feel hungry just thinking about their shawarma already.... im most defnitely going dere tomorow

You need to have a feel of the Shawarma @ Palatables just opp M.K.O gardens Alausa , Ikeja. The guy makes terrific and tasty shawarma at reasonable price of 500naira.
