Pls hauz, those that attended telepoint second stage interview, shuld kindly assit me on wot 2expect! Am scheduled for 31st, and rily need clues on wot the interview ws like, 2enable me no how 2prepare!

Is it the same pattern of script reading? Wot are the qustns lik? Pls help ooo!!

Its just face 2 face interview questions. Be conversant with what d company does and also d role of a call center agent.
Also b prepared for some serious questioning if u av trained with them b4.
