imperiouxx:nah, Cameroon is in Central Africa not West Africa. 3 of the 5 African countries at the 2010 World Cup have qualified for that of 2014; Nigeria, Ivory coast and Cameroon, as it is, Africa will again be represented by the same set, Ghana and Algeria joining the 3 others |

No. They pulled out years ago, they say they're not West African, even FIFA refers to them as a Central African nation, many in WA still beleive Cameroon is WA though Cameroon has been a member of the Economic Community of Central African States (ECCAS) and the Economic and Monetary Community of Central Africa (CEMAC) since 1966. |

naptu2:apparently, that makes them Central African, it's because Nigeria and Cameroon share border that most Nigerians think Cameroon is WA, even the OAPs on Raypower made that mistake this morning. Nigeria is the last West African country on the map, anything to the east of Nigeria isn't West Africa |
