I have always heard but didn't want to believe. To believe what? To believe that recruitment into most Federal Parastatals where always by not what you know or Sabi up stairs (intelligence) but by Who you know or Sabi up there (Connections) .
Well just recently, my Sister's room mate during NYSC programme in Plateau State that can barely Speak three Sentences in English Correctly without adding Pidgin just joined the ongoing FRSC training camp .
Now the question that will going on In your mind is
How did she get the offer?
Lol... The Answer is Simple na ! .......Man Wey She Sabi.
All she did (according to her) was that her Aunt called Someone wey she sabi for the top to INCLUDE her name in THE LIST!
And That Was It!! .. No Submission of Form, No Written Test, No Interview Session(s) . And Gbam! She don Join the Parastatal with her kind of Spoken English which is nothing to write home about. Well, If you applied for the Immigration recruitment or any huge paying Federal Parastatal, I am not discourages you oh! Just Work and Pray and also try to knows someone at the top so that you self will be recruited. And if you no sabi anybody for the top nko? Well, nobody Knows tommorow. I say in the words of Tai Solarin... `May Your Road be ROUGH!!

I am only trying to point out the fact that those who deserve to be rightfully employed In the right position are being deprived of their opportunistic EQUAL RIGHTS! while those who know the oga at the top are being favoured Irrationally.
