I have friends who don't like stew fried with groundnut oil.
But as for me I eat both.
If you ask me, I prefer stew made with vegetable oil than palm oil.
Which do you prefer?

i prefer palm oil, it is usully very tasty and different. especially when the oil is bleached well.

Palm oil soup on point. Vegetable oil is not gud for the eyes.

i prefer groundnut( abi wetin u call am, vegetable?)oil. i cook very well. i used it to get my current gal. she kept on playing hard-to-get until the day she visited me, i went into kitchen and prepared better soup (oha precisely) for her. since then, she never ends the call without saying, "i love you".

Palm oil stew,love it with enuf pepper onious and fresh tomatoes.Then kpomo,offals and roasted fish.
Goes down well with rice,yam (roasted or boiled)and roasted plaintain. cheesy,then flush it down with very chilled coke. kiss
