There is a lot of difference...taste and quantity of oil...likewise..chewing roast palm fruit is not the same as drinking a cup of palm oil..

Palm on stew is best for concoction rice. .Back in school days,I add sliced tomatoes enuf pepper,dried fish,kpomo,with onoions.If the food don done,I slice plenty onions pour inside the already prepared rice and turn the whole content ,slice boiled eggs join,pour every inside tray pan tgen call my hostel mate say make them show,everybody go fall in with a bottle of big Pepsi.
After all go stretch,then sleep.Trust me,I add igboo leaves put

Palm oil is not as good as vegetable oil when frying plantain.
