Gotv is scam
i paid my subscription last year novembér /december and i have no watched it for 4 minutes,
its not clear and u cant scan all their channels.
i dont know if has to do with the weather or software upgrade.
its in lugbe Abuja.
i complained to them nothing has been done.

The problem associated with Gotv is undoubtedly much. Each month I tried to subscribe I must go through your wholesalers shop before I could do that. Right now when I put on my gotv, it only displayed the background, and when I try to search it will tell me no service found. I have send RESET 2022454575 to 4688 severally and nothing is done.
Please I need your urgent assistant as I want to subscribe now.

After collecting my subscription, it gave me channels for 2 days and asked for upgrade... suddenly the upgrade appeared FAILED after it showed upgrade complete. My gotv has been showing a steady green and red light. When I try to scan it tells me there are no services. I know my sub should still be valid with about a week +. What could be the problem. I know the red light signifies no signal. Prior to today it did an automatic self upgrade since den I have been experiencing this.

My GOTV SOUND IS NOT TALKING. THOUGH, I HAVE 100 FREE STATIONS SO FAR BUT MY SOUND IS ZERO. WHAT CAN I DO SIR?

pls my GoTV decoder is not booting. it only get to 1st 100% loading and it ll remain like that and the orange light ll steady on. plss help me oooo b4 my subscription ll expire.
