I'd prefer spelling like this sukura (in Yoruba accent with 'sh' sound. i:e a dot below s). In arabic it is pronunced shukran which means "Thank You" So Sukura and shukran in both yoruba and arabic mean the same thing. Did you ever listened to Ayinde Barrister " Sukura lilahi modupe" So the meaning here is MODUPE which means the same thing with arabic term shukran. Arabic alphabet "Shin" with 3 dots on top of "sin". Just like yoruba "shi" i:e s with a dot on the bottom and "s" standalone. You got it?

Igbo people have to tell us what Chukwura means. Maybe it is same meaning. Let's see if Igbo can help us

ajiun is someone you desire each time she wake up in the morning or so.
You can comparatively observe it yourself in close kin, "eji wun mi". Can you see it?
when put to use, the letter w is silenced, we call it silent letter. Don't we?
