To manage and enhance the existing commercial portfolio and solicit acceptable new relationships in order to meet the pre-set financial non-financial objectives.
Establish new borrowing relationships for Business Banking (SME)
Proper monitoring of market and sales trends to maximize sales
Develop and implement annual marketing/brand activation plans
Accountable for managing and sustaining profitable brand growth

Qualifications:

Must possess a first class numeric and communication skills.
Possess 2–5 years successful selling experience in commercial banking.
Possess high levels of determination and desire to succeed in a result oriented environment.
Very attractive salary+sales commission.
