Standard organisation of Nigeria should go for inspections on these properties..a friend lives in one of these over priced nonsense with very bad finishings..paints peel off due to moisture and water leaks from bathroom walls due to bad plumbing resulting in tiles falling off and they mostly have very cheap fake taps and showers.

The houses i saw above are not worth more than N25 million and that includes the land bought at say N10 million even though they might not have paid more than N3million per plot.
