Pls can someone enlight me more about XL outsourcing firm in Ibadan.I want to get job through them and I want to know consequences of getting job through them before I dabble into it.Pls it is urgent.

i think it depends on d nature of job dey get for u. The practice of other agents like dem is dat dey deduct certain percentage of salary for a certain period of time eventhough am nt kinda sure of d style adopted by dis particular one uve asked. pls where are dey located in Ib cos I also have interest in seeking job thru those agencies nowadays because of their job assurance.

XL does not deduct from your salary. Their management fee has already been agreed with your employer and they are not a recruitment agent. I worked with them and I know.
