ilebaami:

Did you say someone can "set Rivers people against the Ijaws..."? Do you really know much about the Rivers people? Do you know the Ijaws in Rivers? To imagine that you wish for ethnic tension in the region. You must be out of your mind.
dont mind the troll his one of those kids rooting for apc. He doesnt know that almost all the riverine areas in rivers are ijaws.

Yemlizzy: As observed it seems the major reason like he said is underdevelopment and neglect of certain important projects in some areas.Just wondering if with the G7 governors joining APC how is 2015 going to be for Nigeria?Jonathan may or may not contest for the election. It wont be a child's play at all.
amechi just cited the main reason why he joined APC, he believe he is loosing thier oil well to the brother state. This has been im his mind for long. But the truth is that Amechi will loose more than what he felt he has been loosing. He has a court case with his brother with the former governor of rivers state. And he is not careful he will loose it to him, and that is the end of his career in politics.

Notice most or all the G7 governors are on their 2nd term and are simply looking for immunity after embezzling and stealing state funds, cruising in G5's private jets and all..they dont want efcc after them, right now they have immunity...that was their number demand from pdp...efcc shouldnt come after them after they drop from power and our bold Jona disagreed with them saying let them return state funds but them no gree, they now joined APC thinking APC will win and they will continue to enjoy Gov's immunity....Jona will win and they should prepare for efcc to help us recover our state funds..Theives

my brother, i am not really a fan of Amaechi or even APC (because i believe APC is worse than PDP in terms of internal democracy), but Amaechi has nothing to lose. His remaining in PDP has no bearing whatsoever on the court judgement coming up at the supreme court. It is better for him to die while fighting than to be a sitting duck.

Akainzo:

The same court that sanctioned GEJ election as free and fair. The same court that sanctioned Iwu's (s)election process as free and fair.

Oy. You're talking about the same courts that adjudged the Lagos LG elections, Edo LG elections and Oyo gubernatorial election as free and fair, right? The same court that once included Salami and his "decisions", yes? The same one that also adjudged the Imo election as free and fair, while also declaring Bola Tinubu innocent, aye? wink

Majority of APC states are more advanced in development than PDP states.
Look at the State of Osun that is not even an oil producing state, but far ahead of the oil producing Bayelsa state that wastes billions of naira on hosting entertainment events instead of creating jobs for the thousands of jobless youths.
Then the family of the governor of Akwa Ibom prefer to live in the APC state of Lagos where they are safer.

So, let the facts speak for the two parties and not tribal bigotry of re-tarded people.

Hey hey!!! Dont even go there. Akpabio owns a home in Lagos, SO BLOODY WHAT?! Is it a crime? Guess what, Tinubu owns a property in Abuja (a PDP territory)....hmmmmm. Everyone knows that Lagos is the nation's financial capital, and it is NOT as a result of APC's work or whatever you claim. Your party basically inherited a ready-made former Federal territory and most progress there is private driven.

And I must say that I find your claim of APC states better than PDP states simply hilarious as I'm pretty sure you must have smoked some potent shyte before posting this crap. Do you want to compare Ado-Ekiti, Abeokuta or even Osogbo with Calabar, Uyo, or Enugu? You dey madt? I can't even compare the first capital with even Akure!

You mean Amaechi used 2.2trn naira of federal allocation, 280bn naira 13% derivation, 320bn naira IGR to build classroom blocks, hospitals and few roads in this jet age?? This is the price we pay for supporting mediocrity. Governors with better working blueprints will build atleast 2 smart cities comparable to las vegas with that money in a way that it can be linked to each other by a speed train, a multi lane super highway and full fitted with the latest city infrastructure. I see no reason why there is no functional deep sea port that can assure rivers indigenes get a commercial handshake with the rest of the world. A port harcourt only comparable with cape town or madrid is what I expect the loud mouthed Rotimi to put up for the state to showcase to the rest of africa and the world. A governor that can't even fly to washington from port harcourt is telling us about his love for rivers state.

Last bullet; Falcons can NEVER be Eagles no matter how high the fly.
