While over speeding is a crime, if we're to weigh in on the same issue, when you over speed, they should seize your car, yet impound it and straight to auction... Besides, over speeding is a misdemeanor offense unless you DUI, the it's a felony.

The menace in Benin city is becoming a habit and unbearable. However, this situation is pathetic. Bus stopped this woman at side A of the street with her wares. She stays at side B and has to cross with her wares.
