I was having a discussion with a non nigerian friend ,and he told me painting is haram and a section of his country is actually pushing for the ban of it .
My friend is against the section and for painting

Why would it be haram when there are millions of Islamic art? What about the Henna women wear. I believe your friend is wrong.
