MANGAM: Bliv it or not this room was built wit 300k tiles was less dan 20k and only used in d kitchen and toilet. Around 500 blocks were used @90 each PVC 8k a bundle was used. Electrical wires for 6k. Two bundles of zinc @ 9k each. Soak away was dug @5k. 2 big rubber of paint @2800 each. Is a very simple house

My brother, you have done well with your brain. This is an inspirational means for people to know how to get their own property and someone is here asking about the foundation and arguing 'how come 300k finished the building. I am highly disappointed with people.
I knew how much I spent in putting up a 4 bedroom with a BQ where I stay. It is only those who prefer the colour of a building because of the pant, that come here to ask silly questions on issues like this. This is nothing much in putting up a simple house. I have about four houses now just with nothing and picking up my rents.
