I am of the school of thought that strongly encourages abstinence and being faithful to your partner. But if anyone must use a condom, pls take time to read carefully the instruction on the leaflet beforehand. Taking time to read, understand and practice the proper use of inserting a condom will go a long way to reduce the spread of HIV than just rushing to insert one because you wanna have s e x.
