A classic from Denzel Washington. It's always nice when the bad guy is not your regular bad guy.

Just finished seeing Hellboy (2019).
Had its faults, but not as bad people say.

One dimensional villain.
Special effects all over the place.
Could have done without some plots.

Also "too much gore" as cited by critics.
But I won't shy from saying I enjoyed it nonetheless.
Hellboy's bitching made for enough entertainment.

Ain't yet finished with this but honestly I think the first 7 minutes of this movie supersedes the whole movie..

Love the early scenes to the moon and back

Inglourious Basterds 8.5/10

Quentin Tarantino is a master storyteller, his movies brings flavours one can hardly see in most films. He uses surprises very appropriately, and his dialogues are very interesting and his characters are usually morally grey. This picture successfully presents violence in a satirical way but it's underlying story can still be taking seriously, and nobody is safe or a total good guy in Quentin's world, the final third would grip you in such apprehension that when the resolution finally occurs you would heave a sigh of relief and definitely be satisfied with how things have ended.

Shaft (2019). 7/10
