Seems Lady Gaga is really getting into the Christmas spirit this year as the 27-year-old pop star, who’s anything but a stranger to outlandish costumes, arrived at the Langham Hotel in London on Sunday evening dressed in a red and green, Christmas tree-themed get-up.To make herself better resemble a tree, Mother Monster wore a green wig and sported a hat made of branches, colorful ornaments all topped with a sparkling star. The "Applause" singer performed at the Jingle Bell Ball hence the festive outfit.
