Job Reference: PAM 13 Position: PROFESSIONAL ASSISTANT Department: Marketing Job Details: The Job Give high-level administrative support by preparing presentations, organizing statistical reports and liaising with other departments Co-ordinate schedules, arrange and confirm appointments and manage correspondence The Person: Young, vibrant and creative with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and computer skills with emphasis on Microsoft Office packages especially Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Shows initiative and is willing to learn Is interested in a career in Marketing Is able to work under pressure, on multiple projects at one time, and to deadlines Qualification: First degree 5 O’ level credits including Mathematics & English Language in not more than 2 sittings Experience: 2 years' experience Career Path The role belongs to the Commercial Job Family.
