5 steps to building abs...........

STEP 1: perform cardiovascular exercise; brisk walking, jogging, cycling, etc are all exercises that raise heart rate & burn belly fat.

STEP 2: A clean diet; stick to moderate amount of slow digesting carbs, lots of lean protien sources & small quantities of healthy fat.

STEP 4: Lift Weights; Lifting weights increases metabolism by increasing lean tissue mass. More muscle = increased metabolism = less body fat
STEP 5: drink water; if your body is dehydrated, it will retain water, giving you a "smoother" look which would hide ur abs.

Goodmorning,
Any diet that is said to help u lose weight without exercise is not a healthy diet because; No workout = muscle loss = reduced metabolism.

If u love ur body, do what is right for ur body, eat healthy, exercise regularly, sleep well & be consistent. #ATF_Motivation #fitness

Some common diet myths.....
DIET MYTH #1: Organic food is healthier than non-organic food. (fact: they are the same, the only difference is the method of production)

DIET MYTH #2: Nuts are fattening and should be avoided if you want to lose weight. (fact: nuts contain healthy fat. Good for the heart)
