LOGISTICS / INVENTORY OFFICER - LAGOS

Manage all warehouse and material handler personnel
Ensure all inventories are up to date and accurate.
Ensure all materials are available to start scheduled production jobs.
Ensure all replenishment materials are supplied to production to prevent any interruptions.
Track non-inventory materials and notify purchasing when needed.
Perform job costing and reconciliation for all production jobs when complete.
Responsible for all inventory and cycle counts as needed.
Responsible for facilitating unloading and loading of all inbound and outbound trucks.
Verify that all incoming receiving documents are correct from off loading. Responsible for assigning Receiving Record # (RR#) to all shipments and distributing documents to the appropriate functions..
Verify that all out going documents are correct and take/distribute photos of each load to the appropriate departments/individuals.
Contact vendors for removal of empty totes, scrap pallets, and garbage/cardboard.
Ensure that all materials are rotated and pulled following the First In First Out Policy (FIFO)
Ensure that established policies, rules regulations and procedures are followed and enforced.
Maintain and organize all warehouse areas, solution areas, and production area.
Works directly with temporary services to ensure that we are staffed properly on a daily basis.
Maintain good personal hygiene at all times.
Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Applicants must have minimum of B.Sc/HND Purchasing & Supply, Transport Management, Business Admin or Accounting.
With a minimum of 2 years in multi-products Company’s inventory, Warehousing and Transport functions.
Age: 23 – 28 years.
