Hello Good evening, thank you so much for this.. I started this diet yesterday. I used grilled chicken in place of steak is that okay? Just one lap. And I boiled fish in place of salami.. Is this okay?

Secondly I steamed my veggies.. Steamed spinach can't pass through my throat, talk more of raw.. The thought alone I feel like puking.. I steamed just our normal vegetables just for about 3mins or less.. Can I do that too? Tho I plan to improvise with cabbage..
Omoo I was waying 93 on day 1 morning, now it's 91kg.. I can't even believe it.. When my scale is at 89 I will believe it's true.. This is too fast abeg

Then again, why can't I continue this diet more than 3wks? It's day 2 shaa but I feel full except for when I'm hungry and it's as if my body is shaking inside.. Lmao.. If love to do the diet 3wks or 1month..maybe add little regular food to it by week 4..
