JUSTICE ELVIS RECOGNIZED THERE WAS A GROUP TRYING TO LAY HOLD TO PDP VIA THE NAME nPDP (THAT IS DIVISION).
BUT THE COURT RECOGNIZED THAT ONE GROUP IS AUTHENTIC WHILE THE OTHER IS NOT GENUINE.

HIS RULING IS FOR INEC AND NIGERIANS TO RECOGNIZE THE GENUINE GROUP.
