When we were young and our teachers used to ask us what we wanted to become in the future i remember all of us wanting to be president, doctor, lawyer, soldier, governor etcetera etcetera; Buh neva a police.
Even as we grow old and find more lucrative jobs in immigration, custom services, sss and the likes. The fact still remains nobody wanna become a police by choice.
No undergraduate is gonna ever tell you he/she wanna become a police after graduatin.
Me thinks everybody in the police force joined because they need a way to finally make their ends meet and not because they got a zeal for the job.
so, i'm askin. . .why does it seem like nobody wanna ever join the police force out of passion.

The institution has been characterized with all sorts of menace, corruption, extra-judicial killings, injustice, perversion of justice.
People think its a kind of accursed and indecent job where truth is always perverted
There are few good ones but not too many to change the orientation and evil structure on ground
I am praying for a police that will say the truth without fear nor favour
Police institution that will charge anyone (no matter his status) for offence committed
and discharge innocent people with immediate effect without paying a dime
A police who is responsible for the safety of lives and property of the citizenry
A police who is adequately rewarded for gallantry whose family member is well taken care of after demise in course of duty
May God help us to reform our police
