DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
service failure and recovery management
visits to customer's site for meeting on crisis management
scheduling of installation and repairs with customers.
Interface between the customer and the company in relation to support issues

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
A University Degree Or It Equivalent
A Proven Record Of Experience In The ICT Service Industry
Good Communication And Interpersonal Skills
A Track Record Of People Management Will Be An Added Advantage


POSITION: IT OPERATION MANAGER REF: IOM/06 MALE OR FEMALE
LOCATION: LAGOS
REPORTS TO : MANAGING DIRECTOR

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible For Coordinating The Activities Of The Field
Manage The Day To Day Activities Of The Network Department
Organize And Supervise Two Major Departments To Ensure The Achievement Of Organizational Objectives.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
A University Degree Or Its Equivalent (Professional Qualification Will be An Advantage)
A Minimum Of 5 Yrs Managerial Experience
An ICT Service Background
A Good Administrative And Problem Solving Skills
