wake up and have breakfest (2 eggs & 2 turkey sausages and a small cup of some 2% milk) an AM snack and a PM snack (cup of lowfat yogurt, or some fresh fruit), lunch (a small salad with lowfat dressing and some fruit), and dinner (grilled chicken or fish, fresh veggies or salad). drink like 65 or more oz. of water a day. Drinking water b4 u eat helps alot (try adding fresh lemon juice to your water to burn calories) and u can eat as much fruit as u like (Do not eat grapes or pineapples because of the high sugar content though).
