Having wondered for so long a time the options executives are left with after having sacrificed their health for their jobs. I took up this vocation since i also know where it pinches, to disseminate useful and functional health tips to keep executives up and running 365days. it is no more news that being on the kind of job that has you seated for most part of the day is damaging to your health. It has been discovered that the right kind of food and exercise is just what this executives need. Afterall one would'nt take panadol for stomach pains.
