Health of people in prisons should not be neglected because a prisoner might turn a new leaf subsequently

Try as much as possible to avoid anything that wud take you to the nigerian prisons as an inmate.Its a nightmare !

Something should be done about it.

The way the suspects are treated with irons, bats, and all sorts of punishments is just plai n sick.

is their food even healthy?
