Krak: 15. Paul Walker: "Fast and Furious 7" was halfway through production when it's main star, Paul Walker died in a fatal car crash on November 30, 2013 in Valencia, California.

When your title reads during production i was thinking it should mean while they are on set, but obviously u meant 'in the course of the production' - that's before the movie gets wrapped up hah? You see why naija people no wan stress theirself, imagine that lady that some1 threw cigarette on her cloth...that could av been my sweetie @genevieve (In a Nigerian setting) - but if na me ehn, make i hear say i no n@ked there : i for commot the whole cloth joor. RiP to them : real actors.

@OP, yhu complete forgot the main character in Spartacus. The theacian, "SPARTACUS" himself, he died of blood cancer while the crew were into the production of season too.

Krak: 6. Brandon Lee: Brandon, the son of Martial arts and movie legend Bruce Lee died on March 31, 1993 while filming the movie "The Crow".

He died when he was shot on a scene by a blank which contained fragments of a real bullet. Special effects and a body double were used to complete the rest of the movie.

Krak: 3. John Ritter: While on set for the television series "8 Simple Rules For Dating My Teenage Daughter" he collapsed on September 11, 2003. He was quickly rushed to hospital but died later that same evening as a result of complications resulting from a tear in aorta. The television show was later retitled to " 8 Simple Rules".

Krak: 14. Oliver Reed: British actor Oliver Reed died of an alcohol-induced heart attack in May 1999 while on location for the block buster movie "Gladiator" where he played the role of Proximus.

Although most of his scenes had already been shot for the movie, digital effects were used for those final additional scenes.

What of Michael Crowford aka Mr Spencer of d Some mothers do hav'em fame. I learnt he died while pulling a stunt in one of his movies.

David Carradine died in his Hotel room while working on a movie in bankok, singapore..

Sam loco efe died of chronic asthma in his hotel room as well after working on a movie.

Andy whitfield took ill while working on an episode of SPARTACUS. He was hospitalised and lost his battle against cancer.

Krak: 1. Jon-Erik Hexum: He was acting on the set of the CBS adventure series "Cover Up" in October 1984 when he picked up a .44 Magnum pistol and mistakenly pulled the trigger. Although the gun was loaded with blanks, the impact fractured his skull and he died a few days later.
He did not 'mistakenly' pull the trigger. He DELIBERATELY pulled it. He was clowning around with the set props. He took the gun, pointed it to the side of his head and pulled it. The blunt force impact of the bullet fractured his skull and put him into a coma which he never came out of.

It was a prop gun loaded with blanks which are harmless under normal circumstances, which I guess is why he felt safe with it. Unfortunately this cost him his young life.

Krak: 2. Vic Morrow: Morrow was killed along with two child actors Myca Dinh Le and Renee Chen in July 1982 when the helicopter they were in crashed during the filming of "Twilight Zone:The Movie".
Vic was decapitated and the child actors died on the scene.
Where are you getting these your stories sef?? They were NOT in the helicopter; they were on the ground. They were shooting the climactic scene of the movie and Vic's character, Bill, was rescuing two Vietnamese children from a burning village while the bad guys in the helicopter chase them across a slow moving river. Unfortunately, there was a pyrotechnic mishap which affected the helicopter. A bomb exploded too close to the helicopter, it lost control and crashed on the actors.

In the water, Morrow dropped 6 year old Renee Chen. He grabbed at her but the helicopter's right skid slammed into the child, killing her. Then its whirling main rotor ripped off the middle-aged actor's head and the head, a shoulder, and an arm of 7-year old My-ca. sad
