chek d site for d fone n see clik on accessories den cables to se d available cables dat can go wit d fone
if none of dem woks den download a new pc suite frm d fone page on d site configure stait away wit d required cable afta installing d suite
if dis doesnt wok den i gess it's either d cables r falty /not original or d port on ur fone may be falty
