Is there anybody in the house who can tell me single English words for these Yoruba words?
1. Afaimo= Example of it usage: afaimo ki o ma lo je wipe Brazil lo ma gba ife eye boolu awon oje-agba agbaye.
2. Biotilejepe = Example: Biotilejepe ko le sai ma sele..........Thanks

Yoruba word sometimes takes "situational" meaning,afaimo should mean If care is not taking (in most cases),while botilejepe simlpy translates to Even though.

Somebody said 'afaimo' is a phrase in English language and it is 'but for an unforseen circumstances', and I think that phrase is nearer in meaning.
