Dear Sir, I want to draw ur attention to the increase in manslaughter for rituals.
It is no news that our missing Chibok girls have not been found and the federal govt is spending so much resources to bring them home. Govt almost released hardcore terrorists last month may be due to pressure all for the sake of our girls.
Our soldiers are busy strategizing, keeping awake and even risk their lives on trying to access the sambisa forest but right in our backyard, some evil men are busy stealing innocent lives all in the name of culture and callous beliefs.
Even in this dispensation of hyper-development and civilisation, traditional rulers are still being buried with fresh severed human heads especially in the southern part of Nigeria. Right now, the Oba of Ikeja is dead and even publicly, 50human heads are being sought for burial rites. Even in Lagos, the most economic, civilized, educated, exposed and renowned state in Nigeria? Not forgetting the "ORO" festival that has drunk so much blood, this is a stigma. The worst part of it is that our local govt chairmen and even state governors turn a blind eye to these happenings.
This scenario is not relative to Lagos alone, but the whole of the south.
Please moderator, spread this news so the govt will hear this and take action.
Thanks.
