well for now i think Lagos is the best place to hold it, maybe at the beach ought to be till don and also it should a faceless carnival only Nairaland member will be there. i need everyone suggestion.

Kaaz, is not going to be free, beside is not going to be just odinary carnival is going to be hot as we will be intending to invite most hottest artiest like d bang,9nice,2face and the rest of them so my dear kaaz u don't expect it to be free. And as for the ID stuff is going to be a direct invitation, u will Hav to a fill form scan and send it to a later disclose email then after paying the fee an invitation will be sent to via dhl depending ur location. all this will start from 1st wk of November
